The real cost
Most electricians just want it to function.
You require more than that.
Your builds are planned differently. You invest in design development before a shovel moves. You coordinate trades early. The process is the product and when a sub-contractor doesn’t respect the process, the whole build pays for it.
Most electricians treat the planning phases as a formality. They show up when the walls are framed, only to read the prints for the first time on site and figure it out as they go. That approach doesn’t belong in this kind of home you’re building.
“Any electrician who isn’t ready when they show up at the site isn’t saving you money. They’re borrowing against it and you’ll pay the interest during the build.”
What a real trade partnership looks like
Standards Align.
All the way through.
Before ground breaks
Pre-construction involvement - not pre-construction promises.
Load calculations, panel sizing, lighting layout. We bring all of it to the table early so your plans reflect reality and not assumptions. No surprises in the field because we did the work in the office first.
During construction
Scheduled coordinated and on-site when we said we would be.
We show up when your timeline requires it. Communicate with your site super directly and flag complications before they become change orders. Your GC shouldn’t have to chase us, and they won’t.
At the finish line
Inspections passed. Trim out done right. Homeowner ready.
Our work passes inspection because we planned it too. Trim-out reflects the level of finish that your homeowner expects. No gaps, no shortcuts, nothing that needs an explanation.
Our process
From pre-con to punch list
Here's exactly what to expect.
01
Design Development
We review plans, flag conflicts, and build a detailed scope before construction starts.
We study the blueprints before we agree on a number. Load calculations, panel requirements, code flags, delivered in a written scope that reflects the actual job, not a rough estimate renegotiated in the field.
02
Permits and coordination
Permits pulled, schedules coordinated, communication proactive.
We work with you to ensure permits are pulled before rough-in begins, always. We coordinate directly with your project manager. If something changes in the field, you hear about it from us first.
03
Rough-in and inspection
Code compliant rough-in, passed the first time.
Twelve years of code-compliant work means we know what inspectors are looking for. We don’t like reinspections. Our rough-ins are up to code before the inspector shows up. If something doesn’t pass the inspector’s report, we’ll work with you to ensure it is right.
04
Trim out and close
The electrical trim out is part of the finished product.
Careful device placement, clean cover installation, final testing before the homeowner ever walks through. Every job includes a one year written guarantee.

Who we work with
We’re selective about the builds we take on.
We work on builds where the standard matches ours – in luxury custom homes and high end renovations when the details matter.
We’d rather be the best electrician on ten builds than a forgettable one on forty of them.
If you’re a planning-driven builder in Upstate South Carolina and you’re tired of trade partners who treat pre-construction meetings as optional – we should talk.
Start the conversation
Tell us about your next build.
We review every inquiry personally. If your project is a fit, we’ll schedule a pre-construction conversation, not a sales call, to understand your build, timeline, and how we can add value before construction even starts.
